With our Full-Service package, you will get access to everything listed in our Venue Only package, plus some distinctive extras that are sure to elevate your wedding to the finest of gatherings. Let’s start with the exceptional planning service. Full-service weddings get direct access to Chelsey Cisar, venue owner and wedding planning expert, to unpack your specific vision for your dream wedding, discuss logistics, and outline a plan to make sure each detail is accounted for.

When your wedding weekend arrives, you can rest assured knowing that Chelsey and her team are there to make sure everything goes as planned, because every full-service wedding includes a day-of coordinator that knows the ceremony schedule, helps with the procession, communicates with vendors & staff members, assists with family & bridal party communication, and makes sure any last-minute changes are handled smoothly.

We work with excellent food and beverage vendors to bring our exclusive full-service package over the top, starting with excellent appetizers and dinner from Angela’s Lake Catering - the Lake Area’s premier wedding caterer.
We also provide a delicious bride & groom cake with cupcakes for your guests, and an open bar with beer, wine, & signature drink (created to honor the bride & groom).

Don’t worry about the clean-up. Our bussing & bartending staff will make sure that all the included dinnerware and gold chargers are collected so that your guests will always have a clean table as the evening unfolds.

We design eye-catching centerpiece and table settings created from our curated decor closet and select matching florals per your vision.
All those details are then perfectly tied together by a stunning and picturesque custom backdrop installment by The Party Proper - the Lake Area’s premier wedding decor boutique.

Our full-service wedding package includes a contracted professional DJ to provide music and lighting ambiance throughout the day. We coordinate with the DJ on your behalf to keep the reception on schedule, help guests through the dinner line, manage the microphone during toasts, and keep the playlist in line with your tastes.

Full-service weddings at The Exchange deliver a truly stress-free and stunning bridal experience right in the heart of Mid-Missouri. Let our staff expertly curate the perfect team of vendors to ensure your wedding day vision is brought to life. When you book a full-service wedding with The Exchange, you’re getting the experience of a team that has hosted nearly 300 weddings over the last 10 years!
To access a full-service wedding at The Exchange, experience an elevated wedding day, and alleviate the stresses that come along with planning your wedding, you will need a minimum budget of $20,000. This budget covers everything listed above for up to 100 guests. For additional guests aged 21+, the budget will increase by $100 per person. There is no additional charge for additional guests under the age of 21. We require a 1/3 deposit upfront to secure your date, and then payment in full no later than 30 days prior to your wedding day.
